About Viognier
Viognier is a French variety which is from the appellation of Condrieu in the Rhône.  In the last 30 years the variety has come from the brink of extinction to become one of the most mainstream ‘alternative’ varieties in Australia and indeed the world.

 MDC Viognier
Mungo Lunette displays a classical Viognier nose of pear drops and ripe apricot.  The palate is full bodied with a rich texture.  Its weight makes it a  perfect “food wine” capable of matching a wide range of dishes from delicate seafood through to exotic dishes with Asian or Middle  Eastern spices.
